DIRECTION
DIRECTION is a four-year EU-funded project that aims at demonstrating how the use of very innovative and cost-effective energy efficiency technologies can lead to the achievement of very low energy new buildings.
The objectives of DIRECTION are threefold:
Technological objective: Evaluation of technologies designed to enhance energy efficiency in buildings with focus on the envelop, energy equipment and building energy management systems
Demonstration objective: Three new buildings, deploying in each one a set of very innovative measures, constructive elements for energy optimization, high efficient equipment and advanced energy management
Dissemination objective: Creation of a global diffusion framework, through the implementation of a multichannel approach aiming to provide DIRECTION with a complete set of dissemination and communication channels.
